INTRODUCTION
A Touch of Light Greeting Cards (also referred to as “We” and “Our”) is committed to protect the privacy and information submitted by Our Customers and Website Visitors (collectively “You” and “Your”). So as to better inform You, Our customer and visitor, of what and how We are going about this, We have put together this privacy policy to advise You of (1) Information We collect from You, (2) How We use and do not use Your Information, (3) Disclosures to third-parties, (4) How You can review, update, and/or delete your Information and (5) Additional privacy issues that we want you to know about.

1. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

We collect information via computer from Our website users and visitors so as to better determine the web pages and products of interest, and therefore allow Us to tailor Our business to best suit the customer’s needs. We collect this information through a variety of ways, including information provided by You when You register or order through Our site, subscribe to Our newsletter and/or receive promotional offers from us. This allows us to process orders and deliver the cards (downloadable or hard copy) and artwork ordered by You and verify delivery confirmation. As we do not send Your downloadable greeting cards to any third-party recipient, we do not collect information about Your intended recipient, other than their shipping address for deliveries of cards and artwork.

A. REGISTRATION AND ORDERING
To place an order on Our website, We will require certain information from You, the order placer as well as the intended recipient. This includes certain personal, billing and shipping information, such as Your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. We will also require information to process Your order, such as credit card, billing address and shipping information.

B. Order Fulfillment
For those orders of cards in hard copy or other artwork, We require and collect additional information from You, such as street shipping addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and other contact information, and credit card and payment related information. This information is kept secure by us and is not shared with any third-parties.

C. E-MAIL ADDRESSES
We collect Your e-mail address, but not the e-mail address(es) of any of Your intended recipients of cards or artwork purchased through Us. This is because the downloadable cards we carry are not e-cards. You will send the downloadable cards to Your recipients, not Us. The e-mail addresses we do collect are stored securely in Our internal systems, and are not in any way shared, sold or marketed to any third parties. We use these e-mail addresses to process electronic orders of Our merchandise and verify delivery.

D. IP ADDRESSES
We collect and track IP Addresses from visitors to Our website and subscribers to Our newsletter. We do not log IP addresses nor include them on Our e-cards that You order to identify the sender. Nevertheless, please use proper discretion when sending to Your recipients and refrain from anonymous abuse or harassment.

E. COOKIES
Our website does not use cookies to track visitors. Cookies are information sent from website servers to Your browser which is stored on Your computer's hard drive. Cookies are used to track who visits a website and what pages are visited.

2. HOW WE USE/DO NOT USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information We collect from Our website visitors and customers to process orders placed with Us, market Our products in a better and more efficient manner and disseminate information to You about Our company and merchandise.

2A. PROTECTING THE SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION PROVIDED TO US

Orders for merchandise (cards and artwork) purchased from Us require that We access Your personal, billing and shipping information. To preserve the confidentiality of Your information, We have You choose a User ID Name and Password that is unique to Your account. Please do not share Your information with anyone, as it may allow for unauthorized access to Your account. Additionally, We use advanced encryption technology known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to prevent the access of Your information by unauthorized parties. When You are in Our Registration, Order or Subscription pages, You will notice that a lock icon appears on the bottom of Your web browser, and the web address browser bar begins with “https”.

A Touch of Light Greeting Cards has also implemented internal company measures, such as employee passwords and restricted areas limited to certain employees to minimize the access to Your information. We train Our employees on Our security and privacy practices, and any legal changes affecting Our internal practices.

2B. COMMUNICATIONS FROM US

We reserve the right to communicate with You at any time about matters which will affect Your use of Our web site, including but not limited to the terms and conditions of Your use of Our website, billing issues, order processing, shipment and other matters.

2C. NEWSLETTERS
From time to time, We may periodically send out an electronic newsletter to Our customers and subscribers, featuring issues of interest. The newsletter is entirely voluntary and You are under no obligation to subscribe or continue subscription. Subscriber information is kept secure by Us and is not shared with any third parties. You are free to unsubscribe at any time. To do so, simply check the box opting out from receiving Our newsletter when You register or visit the link on Our website entitled “Unsubscribe” and follow the instructions to unsubscribe. Our newsletter e-mails also contain a link to unsubscribe.

2D. OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS
Information regarding Our offers and promotions may be sent by Us to Our subscribers. You are under no obligation to accept any of these offers and promotions, and are free to unsubscribe at any time. To do so, simply check the box opting out from receiving Our offers and promotions when You register or visit the link on Our website entitled “Unsubscribe” and follow the instructions to unsubscribe. Our e-mails with the offers and promotions also contain a link to unsubscribe.

2E. SPAM

A Touch of Light Greeting Cards is dedicated to eliminating the use of unsolicited spam e-mails. We do not send unsolicited e-mails, faxes, mailings or communications. We do not share Your information with any third parties. We have implemented internal safeguards to preserve the confidentiality of Your information.

Our communications are sent to recipients who expressly authorize Us to do so. We ask that when opting-in to any communication, that You only register Yourself to receive it.

3. DISCLOSURES OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
It is the policy of A Touch of Light Greeting Cards that aside from Your contact, billing and shipping information that is used to facilitate order processing and delivery of merchandise ordered through us, such as credit card processing and overnight delivery companies, We do not share Your customer, billing and contact information with third parties. In the event that We change Our current policy, so that third party companies may offer additional services or perform other functions on Our behalf, We shall provide notice to You, and You will have the opportunity to discontinue use of Our website.

Notwithstanding the above, there may arise certain limited situations in which We will have to disclose certain information as determined by Us in Our sole discretion, such as (1) when ordered to do so by law, court-order or subpoena, (2) to prevent abusive, harassing, dangerous, unauthorized or inappropriate use of Our website, (3) to prevent obscene communications or predatory behavior towards children (4) to protect Our rights, defend ourselves against third-party claims or enforce Our rights to monitor Our website.

3A. BUSINESS AND ADVERTISING PARTNERS – SHARING OF INFORMATION
A Touch of Light Greeting Cards does not presently share any of Your information with any third-party advertising partners. You will be duly notified if we change Our practice. In the future, any business and advertising partners with whom We may do business with by advertising them on Our website or newsletter will be done exclusively on an opt-in basis with Your express authorization. Examples of Your express authorization include clicking on any advertising link featured on Our website or newsletter. Your decision to opt-in is shown by checking the box when You register as a user of Our website and agreeing to receive offers. Leaving the box unchecked means You will not receive any offers. The decision to opt-in or not may be changed by You at any time.

3B. SITE LINKS

Our website may contain links to other external websites. If so, please keep in mind that they are not owned or under the control of A Touch of Light Greeting Cards. These are completely different companies, which may have completely different privacy policies and completely different levels of protection of Your information. We do not police these other companies, nor monitor their privacy practices. We are not responsible for the conduct of these companies and suggest You to use care when visiting these sites to familiarize yourself with their website policies and practices.

If We link with business or ad partners and You order from these business or ad partners, You will not be dealing with us and must comply with their privacy policies. In such case, We suggest You take the time to familiarize yourself with these companies’ privacy policies.

4. REVIEWING, UPDATING AND DELETING YOUR INFORMATION

Registered users have the ability to review, update and delete their information as often as they please. By logging into the secure area of the site entitled "User Information", You can review, update and delete Your personal information, contact information, User ID and password.

5. ADDITIONAL POLICY ISSUES

Here are some additional issues that We would like to discuss with You.

5A. Use of Website - Protection of Children
This website and Our services are not intended for use by persons under the age of thirteen (13) years of age. To comply with the exemption provisions of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)15 U.S.C. 6501-6508, We require You, the customer, to register and represent Your age to Us. We will not knowingly collect any information from any individual who We know is under the age of 13.

5B. CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS OF TERMS

We reserve the right to change and modify the terms of Our Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. If We do so, We will prominently post notice of any changes on the home page of Our website. You are under no obligation to accept the changes, but if You continue to visit the website and/or use its services, it will be deemed to be Your acceptance of these changes.

You agree that this privacy policy, and Your use of Our website shall be governed under the laws of the State of Florida.
